- Conduct investigations and assessments on the data security capabilities of overseas recipients to ensure they possess the technical competence to protect your personal information;
- Sign data processing agreements with overseas recipients, ensuring they only collect personal information necessary for delivering relevant services and adopt adequate technical and organizational measures to secure your personal information;
- Fully fulfill compliance obligations in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations on cross-border transfer of personal information applicable in the user's country/region, including statutory matters such as filing for security assessment, signing standard contracts for cross-border transfer of personal information, and obtaining personal information protection certification under applicable scenarios.
