What is the Scope of Services?

U1
The coverage scope of Snapmaker Care for U1
12-month warranty extension after the original warranty period for Snapmaker U1 3D Printer, excluding Limited Warranty Parts and Consumable Parts.
3-month warranty extension after the original warranty period for Limited Warranty Parts such as Extruders (excluding Extruder Gear) and Filament Holders.
Consumable parts that are not under the coverage by Snapmaker Care for U1
Hot end components (nozzles, ceramic heaters, thermistors, cooling fans, hotend socks)
Extruder gears
PEI sheet
Filament tubes and filament tube connectors
3D printing filaments and waste collector
Nozzle parking pads and nozzle cleaning brushes
Complimentary tools (scraper, nozzle cleaning needle, etc.)
Air purification system (included in the top cover)
All U1 covers, including but not limited to: inner/outer/left/right panels, front door, rear cover, top cover (not included with U1; sold separately as an add-on)

Stepper motors, Fans, CNC motors
Toolhead Bracket and Support Platform, X-axis Connectors, Z-axis Connectors, Filament Holder Base, Special structural parts used in Artisan

Provide your valid order number for both SnapmakerCare and machine. For customers who purchase from an authorized Snapmaker Distributor, provide the service code. The support team will determine a replacement or repair service.

If the product needs to be repaired, the support team will provide a shipping label for you to send it back.
If it's a replacement, you may need to return the damaged part(s). The support team will provide a shipping label for the return.

How many times can I purchase the Snapmaker Care service?
You can only purchase the Snapmaker Care service once for one machine or bundle.
If the damage is covered by the standard warranty, will the repair or the replacement be counted in the Snapmaker Care service that I have purchased?
No.
Which regions does Snapmaker Care cover?
Snapmaker U1/Artisan Care covers regions or countries where our official store and Kickstarter page support the purchase.
How can I obtain the Snapmaker Care service if I purchase from an authorized Snapmaker Distributor?
The Snapmaker Distributor deals with the standard warranty on behalf of Snapmaker. But if the damage is not covered by the standard warranty, you need to contact Snapmaker Support and provide the service code to obtain the Snapmaker U1/Artisan Care service.
Can I refund the Snapmaker Artisan Care service or transfer it to other machines?
No. You cannot refund the Snapmaker U1/Artisan Care service unless you return the corresponding machine under our Return Policy. You cannot transfer the Snapmaker Care service to other machines, either.
